Welcome to our magical little policy page! We want every package to feel like a warm hug. Because our beautiful items are printed on-demand just for you, we have a few special guidelines to keep the magic flowing smoothly!
 
✨ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives feeling a little less than perfect, please don't worry! Just send an email to love@purepureloveisland.com with a few clear photos of the issue within 30 days of receiving your package. If the error is on our end (or our printer's end), we will happily cover the cost to replace it and send a fresh, perfect item your way.
 
💌 Lost on the Journey
If your colorful package gets lost in transit, please let us know by emailing love@purepureloveisland.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will step in to help track it down or make sure a replacement is sent to you!
 
🏡 Oops! Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If a package is returned to our printing facility because the address provided was incorrect or insufficient, we will need to ask you to kindly cover the reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address with you.
 
📦 Unclaimed Packages
If a package is waiting for you at the post office and goes unclaimed, it will bounce back to our facility. We would love to reship it to you, but you will be responsible for the new shipping fee. Please note that any returned items left waiting for more than 30 days are lovingly donated to charity!
 
🌸 Change of Mind & Sizing
Because every single piece is custom-made the moment you press "order," we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size. Please take a peek at our cute Size Guide before purchasing to ensure your new item fits exactly right! (Note: Customers residing in Brazil have a 7-day remorse period per local laws).
 
🛡️ Hygiene & EU Regulations
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods (like face masks) once they are unsealed. Additionally, for our wonderful European fans, please note that per EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are printed on-demand and made exactly to your specifications.
